Leads restaurant service and operations alongside the Hospitality Leader, developing team members, maintaining quality and safety standards, supporting recruitment and onboarding, analyzing labor and sales performance, optimizing schedules, improving revenue, and assuming full leadership responsibility when needed. The role requires hospitality leadership experience, financial and inventory management skills, technology proficiency, schedule flexibility, and the ability to work on-site for extended periods while lifting up to 50 pounds.

Lead and develop a luxury gallery team to deliver exceptional customer experiences; coach and attract talent; drive results, accountability, and strategy; manage HR concerns with People Team; educate teams on RH design aesthetic and ensure operational excellence.

Lead strategic relationships and regional sales growth for luxury Hospitality and Residential FF&E accounts. Own full project lifecycle from specification to fulfillment, generate forecasts, pursue new customers and projects, collaborate with design/sourcing/operations, attend industry events, and log activities in CRM to meet sales and margin targets.
