Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior corporate roles: partner with hiring leaders, develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, screen and assess candidates, manage candidate experience, track recruiting metrics, ensure compliance, and contribute to employer branding and process improvements.

Lead demand forecasting, commercial pricing analyses, and SKU-level P&L forecasting for a high-SKU private-label portfolio. Develop driver-based financial models, retail data reporting (Nielsen/IRI), pricing recommendations, and KPI tracking (Accuracy, Bias). Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance to support promotions, launches, strategic planning, and continuous process improvement.

Provide FP&A, reporting, and decision support for Supply Chain and Procurement. Analyze spend, PPV, freight, inventory, and working capital. Build financial models and business cases, own indirect spend operations and controls, improve ERP reporting and automation, support commercialization and month-end close, and partner cross-functionally to drive cost savings and process improvements.
