Educates technical and executive audiences on risk management solutions, guides solution design and deployment, researches competitive products, and develops implementation approaches and statements of work. Requires expertise in GRC, security or risk management, RMIS/GRC platforms, enterprise integration, and the software development lifecycle.

Owns a portfolio of enterprise SaaS customers, driving customer health, adoption, satisfaction, retention, renewals, and expansion. Manages stakeholder relationships, adoption and corrective action plans, issue resolution, quarterly business reviews, feature requests, and cross-functional improvements. Partners with account executives and success consultants while identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring customers realize product value.
