Supports marketing and communications initiatives for fundraising events, corporate partners, campaigns, and organizational priorities. Responsibilities include creating written, digital, print, photographic, video, and social media content; coordinating event materials, timelines, vendors, and approvals; maintaining brand standards; and collaborating across departments. The role also provides on-site event support and contributes to storytelling, public relations, media relations, and community engagement.

Supports capital campaign management, fundraising operations, donor engagement, stewardship, and development administration. Coordinates donor meetings, proposals, events, volunteer committees, calendars, reports, campaign timelines, and follow-up activities. Maintains donor records, departmental systems, documentation, and workflows while preparing presentations and board materials. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, project coordination, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Raiser's Edge. Occasional travel and evening or weekend work support donor activities and campaign events.

Manages day-to-day People Operations across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, compliance, leave administration, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation, payroll, HRIS administration, reporting, and process improvement. Provides guidance to employees and managers, maintains accurate records, supports investigations and employment-law compliance, coordinates benefits and payroll, and partners with the Chief People Officer on organizational initiatives.
