The Business Development Representative engages prospects, builds relationships, generates leads, collaborates with Account Executives, and contributes to sales growth.

Own distribution, servicing, and customer success for SafeLease's self-storage insurance products. Build and scale direct and retail agent channels, manage partner relationships, run servicing operations, drive retention and expansion, and collaborate cross-functionally to hit revenue targets.

Lead accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls for an MGA and surplus lines carrier. Own GAAP and statutory (SAP/NAIC) reporting, audits, regulatory filings, treasury, tax compliance, intercompany consolidations, reinsurance and reserve accounting, and build a scalable accounting team and systems to support growth.

The Business Development Representative will build relationships with prospects, engage in sales activities, and collaborate with Account Executives to generate leads.

Own marketing systems integrations and reporting across HubSpot and Salesforce, gather and document launch and campaign requirements, translate marketing needs into technical specs, analyze performance data, track projects and timelines, and act as the go-to coordinator for marketing technical builds through delivery.

Senior Pricing Specialist responsible for developing and refining insurance product pricing, underwriting guidelines, and profitability models. Analyze claims and catastrophe losses, conduct market and regulatory research, collaborate with underwriting, sales, legal and tech, and monitor performance metrics to optimize product features, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.

Draft, revise, and maintain commercial and personal lines policy forms, endorsements, and manuscript wordings. Ensure precision, compliance, and consistency; manage state filings via SERFF; analyze coverage, advise underwriting and claims, and maintain version control and regulatory monitoring.

Build and manage broker and independent agent relationships for commercial P&C lines. Recruit and onboard producers, train them on the SafeLease portal, drive submission-to-bind pipeline, partner with underwriters, and grow/retain broker-sourced premium while serving as primary account contact and product advocate.
