Provide in-house legal counsel focused on drafting, reviewing, redlining and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts. Conduct contract audits and contract management, support global privacy/compliance initiatives, corporate governance, litigation support, vendor/supplier and lease negotiations, insurance and HR-related agreements, and liaise with outside counsel. Advise business teams to mitigate risk and support global initiatives and executive leadership on legal and operational matters.

Support cybersecurity team by assisting with policy implementation, monitoring alerts, conducting vulnerability assessments, deploying and maintaining security software, and participating in training and awareness programs.

Lead acquisition and retention of profitable logistics accounts; develop and execute account sales strategies and yearly business plans; maintain customer, competitor and market expertise; use SEKO tools and reporting; perform sales calls, client entertainment and travel; prepare sales activity reports; ensure compliance with C-TPAT and company policies.
