Own internal IT infrastructure, including employee devices, software systems, user accounts, access permissions, SharePoint, security controls, and IT asset inventories. Support onboarding and offboarding, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, coordinate with vendors, maintain IT policies and documentation, and improve scalable internal workflows and automation.

Provide legal, commercial, compliance, and governance support across contracts, employment, IP, data privacy, and cross-border operations. Draft and negotiate agreements, advise leadership on legal risk, build scalable legal templates and processes, manage external counsel, and support disputes and global expansion.

Support legal, compliance, finance, and internal operations by managing contracts, vendor onboarding, invoice processing, regulatory filings, SOPs, and operational trackers. Coordinate with external counsel and accounting/payroll providers, document workflows, and support cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and reduce risk.

Support consulting engagements and research across the semiconductor and AI stack by performing technical analysis, cross-stack research, analytical modeling, and preparing client-facing reports, presentations, and briefings. Track industry trends, evaluate hardware and AI model developments, and collaborate with senior consultants to translate technical insights into strategic recommendations.
