Own internal IT infrastructure, including employee devices, software systems, user accounts, access permissions, SharePoint, security controls, and IT asset inventories. Support onboarding and offboarding, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, coordinate with vendors, maintain IT policies and documentation, and improve scalable internal workflows and automation.

Support consulting engagements and research across the semiconductor and AI stack by performing technical analysis, cross-stack research, analytical modeling, and preparing client-facing reports, presentations, and briefings. Track industry trends, evaluate hardware and AI model developments, and collaborate with senior consultants to translate technical insights into strategic recommendations.

Research and forecast memory process-technology roadmaps (DRAM, NAND, HBM), evaluate manufacturing integration and economics, map technology transitions to equipment demand, benchmark vendor execution, translate technical disclosures into actionable research, and contribute to industry models and client-facing publications.

Manage full-cycle recruiting, candidate pipelines, interview coordination, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, HR recordkeeping, policy maintenance, and employee communications. Serve as first point of contact for HR questions, improve HR processes, and support a distributed workforce.

Conduct research on AI tokenomics by evaluating model architecture trends, building simulation models for training and inference efficiency across hardware and workloads, diligencing companies using model tokens, and forecasting economic impacts for investors, corporates, and policymakers.

Conduct China-focused semiconductor and AI supply-chain research, produce data-rich equity notes and weekly coverage, build bottoms-up financial models for Chinese foundries, fabless designers, memory and equipment firms, monitor disclosures and policy, engage industry contacts, and support institutional clients with timely analysis.

Lead forward-looking research on robot learning, hardware, supply chains, and commercialization. Produce reports, forecasts, and briefings; track mobile manipulators, quadrupeds, cobots, and autonomous vehicles; assess AI, edge compute, and simulation impacts; collaborate with cross-sector analysts; support investors, OEMs, and policy stakeholders; and present findings to senior executives and clients.
