Leads customer solution architecture for ServiceNow Risk, Security, ITOM, and Operational Technology Management solutions. Responsibilities include pre-sales solutioning, scoping, architecture design, implementation oversight, executive consultation, delivery governance, stakeholder engagement, training, documentation, and mentoring. The role connects ServiceNow workflows with customer technology environments and applies OT security, risk, segmentation, regulatory, and industry-standard practices. It requires up to 20% travel and obtaining or maintaining several ServiceNow certifications.
