Provides senior technical leadership for IT support and operations in a remote healthcare technology environment. Owns complex escalations, incident resolution, root cause analysis, endpoint and identity administration, onboarding and offboarding, vendor escalations, documentation, automation, and reliability improvements. Coaches support staff, develops scalable processes, partners with Security, Compliance, Engineering, Product, and clinical teams, and communicates clearly during high-impact incidents affecting clinical workflows.

Lead telehealth implementation projects, coordinate hospital and clinician partnerships, monitor and report stroke quality metrics, drive quality improvement and accreditation activities, provide training and on-site support, and manage operational escalations to ensure successful teleneurology program performance.

Lead and expand hospital and health system partnerships across the Midwest via consultative, tech-focused sales. Act as clinical liaison, manage contracting and onboarding, collaborate cross-functionally, identify account growth, represent the company at events, and ensure partner satisfaction and successful program deployment.

Manage and maintain electronic provider records, support privileging workflows (applications, reappointments, enrollments), communicate with facilities and providers, obtain required documentation and verifications, track site-specific requirements and training, and assist with audits and administrative tasks to ensure timely, accurate credentialing and privileging.
