Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, process mapping, and data analysis to improve warehouse efficiency, labor utilization, safety, ergonomics, quality, and costs. Collaborate with operations teams on process changes and continuous improvement projects. Track product performance, conduct market and competitive research, develop recommendations, and communicate findings through reports and presentations.

Analyzes logistics performance metrics, develops dashboards and reports, identifies trends and bottlenecks, and provides actionable insights to improve delivery performance and operational efficiency across the supply chain.

Develops procurement strategies for warehouse categories, negotiates supplier contracts, onboards vendors, supports procure-to-pay and sourcing activities, and ensures contract, KPI, and purchasing compliance. Partners with warehouse operations, inventory control, finance, legal, HR, and logistics teams to manage supplier relationships, approvals, payment terms, accruals, and invoice issues. Works in an office and warehouse environment with frequent walking.

Designs, develops, and maintains scalable distributed data pipelines and ETL workflows. Ensures data quality, integrity, security, privacy, and availability; optimizes data processing performance; monitors production systems; diagnoses root causes; documents architectures and procedures; and provides rotational on-call support for critical data systems.

Leads end-to-end warehouse design and optimization projects from concept through implementation. Develops fulfillment and transportation network solutions involving equipment specification, material flow, process design, site layouts, automation, robotics, and advanced technologies. Establishes long-term warehouse design strategies, coordinates internal teams and vendors, manages concurrent projects, and delivers innovative, cost-effective solutions across multiple facilities.
