Purchase and manage inventory of pharmaceuticals for the Department of Pharmacy, select vendors, process purchase orders, handle recalls/returns, prepare inventory reports, assist pharmacists with controlled inventory, and perform pharmacy technician duties while supporting departmental operations and training.

Manage a team of business application analysts to design, implement, integrate, and support corporate systems (Workday/ERP/HRMS). Oversee application lifecycle, prioritize projects, liaise with leadership and operational teams, develop strategic plans, enforce policies, and ensure system reliability and user support.

Write, edit, and manage scientific manuscripts, grant proposals, reports, and related materials; ensure compliance with institutional and federal research standards; review collaborators' deliverables; consult with internal and external stakeholders; keep project teams informed of funding or institutional changes; may oversee Lead Scientific Writer and support project teams across the Center for Bionic Medicine.
