Provides hospitality-focused support at a private aviation terminal, assisting guests, crew, and aircraft from arrival through departure. Responsibilities include operating ground service equipment, fueling, de-icing, aircraft marshalling, towing, luggage and cargo handling, guest transportation, ramp safety, recordkeeping, and emergency response. Requires schedule flexibility, outdoor work around active aircraft, strong communication and guest service skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain an airport security badge.

Provide exceptional guest-facing hospitality and perform airside ground operations including fueling, de-icing, marshalling, loading/unloading luggage, driving ground service equipment and shuttle vehicles, maintaining ramp safety and security, and completing accurate operational records while following safety, security, and emergency procedures.

Provide front-line hospitality and airside operational support at a private aviation terminal. Operate ground service equipment, perform fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power, towing, baggage handling, shuttle driving, and ramp duties while enforcing safety, security, and SOPs and delivering exceptional guest service.

Provide guest-focused airside hospitality and hands-on aircraft ground services (fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power, towing, marshalling, luggage handling). Operate ground support equipment and shuttle vehicles, maintain ramp safety and security, complete documentation, follow emergency and safety procedures, and collaborate with crew, vendors, and team members to deliver seamless private aviation experiences.

Serve as regional safety business partner for Western Signature Aviation locations: advise leaders, identify and mitigate operational risks, lead investigations, conduct audits and field assessments, analyze safety and operational data, coach on high-risk programs (fueling, deicing), support emergency response and compliance with U.S. and international safety regulations, and drive enterprise safety initiatives.

Act as the primary HR Business Partner for Area Directors and General Managers, translating business priorities into people strategies. Lead talent lifecycle activities, coach leaders, manage complex employee relations and union matters, drive organizational effectiveness, enable change, and use workforce data to inform HR solutions and compliance.

Act as product owner for Commercial innovation initiatives: gather requirements, build business cases, manage backlog, coordinate UAT and rollouts, drive adoption, and identify AI/automation opportunities to improve processes and realize value.
