Support store sales and guest experience as the subject-matter expert for fashion jewelry and timepieces. Drive sales performance, execute merchandise launches and vendor trainings, develop team training plans, assist management with hiring and scheduling, maintain loss-prevention standards, and perform other store duties including clienteling and visual merchandising.
