Manage all aspects of a shopping center to maximize EBITDA: leasing, operations, marketing, tenant relations, security, maintenance, and team development. Develop strategic business and capital plans, oversee budgets and local leasing, ensure exceptional customer experience and community presence, and implement programs to increase revenue and control expenses.

Provide office management and administrative support for center management, including accounts payable/receivable, lease administration in Salesforce, fleet program administration, document and contract tracking (DocuSign), office supplies and reporting, support for marketing/events, and assisting with hiring and payroll processes as needed.

The National Director, Business Development will drive revenue by selling Simon Malls' Retail Media Network to brands and develop strategic relationships to meet financial goals.
