Prospect for new compliance business within existing customers, drive whitespace acquisition and upgrades, and grow revenue through consultative solution selling. Position legal, ethics, safety, and OSHA compliance solutions to senior decision-makers. Build and manage pipeline, conduct outbound prospecting, develop tailored presentations, negotiate value-based deals, close opportunities, collaborate across sales and support teams, and report pipeline health, risks, and progress to management.

Drive expansion and revenue growth within existing enterprise accounts by positioning Skillsoft solutions to C-level buyers, managing complex sales cycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, negotiating on value, demonstrating software, and building executive relationships to meet and exceed quota.

Provide end-to-end legal support for customer and vendor contract negotiations, draft and review license and services agreements, advise internal teams on contract interpretation and compliance, manage sales and contract administration relationships, and participate in special projects to mitigate risk and support revenue recognition and company policies.
