Senior leader responsible for building and operating the enterprise risk management function for a CFTC-regulated DCM/DCO. Lead identification, assessment, mitigation and reporting of market, technology, counterparty, vendor and operational risks. Implement system safeguards, stress testing, business continuity and audit-ready controls; engage CEO, board and regulators; coordinate with CISO and Compliance; maintain risk register and oversee incident response and recovery planning.

Board-level non-executive director role representing market participant perspective for a derivatives-clearing organization. Provide governance oversight of participant eligibility, clearing and settlement, collateralisation, operational resilience, default management, financial resources, compliance, and recovery planning. Offer constructive challenge, disclose and manage conflicts, and ensure decisions consider practical impacts on participants without acting as an advocate for any single interest.

Serve as an independent non-executive director on both the exchange and clearinghouse boards, providing oversight of regulatory compliance, market integrity, risk management, operational resilience, settlement and financial resources, participant access, conflicts management, and recovery/wind-down planning. Support committees, potentially chair disciplinary/membership/appeals panels, review materials, attend quarterly meetings and be available for urgent matters, exercising independent, public-interest-focused judgment.

The QA Analyst Contractor will conduct testing on the Smarkets and BetSBK platforms, providing feedback and documentation to ensure the products meet quality standards for the Indiana market.
