Senior Accountant responsible for journal entries, month- and quarter-end close, general ledger reconciliations, accounts payable, financial statements, regulatory call reports, audits, tax support, internal controls, budgeting, and financial analysis. The role requires collaboration with banking operations and senior leadership while ensuring accurate, GAAP-compliant reporting.

Provides advanced internal IT support, administers SaaS applications, manages escalated helpdesk tickets, supports system rollouts and IT projects, improves processes through automation, maintains technical documentation, and assists with audiovisual setups and company events.

Reviews commercial and SBA loan applications, analyzes borrower creditworthiness and financial statements, structures loan proposals, prepares credit submissions and loan committee presentations, and manages portfolio reviews, policy exceptions, ticklers, and underwriting transactions. The role also coordinates with borrowers and loan officers to complete documentation, supports loan approval, and maintains compliance with bank, OCC, FDIC, and SBA policies.

Manage and monitor a portfolio of SBA loans, ensure credit quality and regulatory compliance, perform credit reviews and risk assessments, monitor borrower financial performance, coordinate with underwriting/servicing teams, prepare portfolio analyses and reports, and assist with audits, exams, and regulatory inquiries.
