Leads two vertical software businesses with full ownership of revenue, retention, profitability, cash management, product direction, organizational structure, and customer relationships. Builds repeatable sales and renewal motions, manages public-sector procurement, allocates capital across functions, evaluates teams, and sets coordinated product strategies while preserving each business’s identity. The role requires hands-on selling, P&L leadership, founder-transition experience, and approximately one week of travel per month.

The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business, managing customer relationships, and improving sales processes in aerospace and defense sectors through consultative selling.

Lead and own financial and operational performance across a cluster of portfolio software companies. Set and defend KPIs and targets, allocate capital and attention, develop and manage General Managers, support M&A diligence and integration, provide strategic finance and governance, and represent cluster performance to leadership and investors.

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and consulting projects: plan scope/budget/timeline, manage stakeholders and vendors, oversee data migration, testing, cutover, go-live/hypercare, provide post-implementation support, run workshops, and ensure governance and change management.

Own and ship the 1035YellowPages product roadmap: write specs, design and code enhancements in C#/.NET, debug full-stack issues, coordinate client onboarding and migrations, provide technical support, and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.
