Lead integrated marketing and publicity campaigns for Casablanca and Bloom Books imprints, managing social, influencers, events, author relations, retail partnerships, campaign performance, and two direct reports to drive awareness and sales from prepublication through launch.

Support audience and first-party data efforts by planning and executing email and paid social campaigns, conducting audience research and A/B tests, maintaining CRM and email lists, tracking performance metrics, coordinating assets with creative and vendors, updating dashboards and calendars, and assisting ad hoc projects to scale lead-generation and data-driven marketing.

Provide frontline IT support across email, Teams, tickets, and in person; diagnose and resolve Windows and macOS issues; document troubleshooting and maintain knowledge base; run orientations, user training, webinars, and meeting setups; support onboarding and IT projects; track time and project tasks; collaborate with IT and other departments while continuing technical development.

Provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Independent Sales Team: prepare sales reports, manage Edelweiss catalogs, coordinate author events and preorder campaigns, support new account setup and promotional programs, maintain sales metadata, and produce sales communications and materials to help independent bookstores order and sell titles effectively.
