Build and lead SOVRA’s continuous UX research practice for public procurement products. Plan research agendas, establish research operations and insight repositories, conduct mixed-method generative and evaluative studies, and influence product and design decisions. Engage buyers and suppliers through ongoing customer contact and travel. Champion accessibility, study user trust in AI features, mentor product teams, and ensure research findings remain traceable to participant evidence.

Own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and go-to-market for SOVRA’s data and integrations platform. Lead embedded BI, data lake architecture, APIs, integration frameworks, governance, synchronization, and the data foundation for AI capabilities. Partner with engineering, security, compliance, customers, ERP partners, and go-to-market teams. Define success metrics, improve data reliability, and guide enterprise product investments. The role includes approximately 10–15% travel within North America.

Own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and commercial performance of a buyer-side AI product area for public procurement. Conduct customer discovery, define requirements and AI evaluation practices, lead prototypes and usability testing, ensure accessibility, privacy, security, and public-sector compliance, and partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on launches, adoption, and retention.

Own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and go-to-market for SOVRA’s data analytics, embedded BI, APIs, integrations, and data lake platform. Lead data governance, architecture, synchronization, reliability, security, and AI data foundations while partnering with engineering, security, compliance, customers, ERP partners, and go-to-market teams. Launch embedded analytics, measure adoption, support enterprise integrations, and establish a governed data foundation for product and AI capabilities.

Leads SOVRA’s Project Management function and team of Project Managers overseeing customer-facing SaaS implementations. Establishes delivery standards, processes, templates, capacity planning, reporting, metrics, and governance to ensure projects remain on scope, schedule, and budget. Coaches project leaders, manages risks and changes, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, communicates with executives, and drives continuous improvement across Professional Services. The role requires substantial PMO leadership, software delivery, PMP expertise, resource planning, and approximately 10% travel in the US and Canada.
