The role requires standing and walking for extended periods, working irregular or rotating shifts, and handling volatile situations. Employees must maintain a professional uniformed appearance and may work independently or as part of a team.

Assists with day-to-day parking facility operations, customer service, client relations, equipment maintenance, cleanup, safety reporting, and staff coverage. Ensures operations follow contractual requirements and company policies while supporting the Facility Manager and maintaining knowledge of the garage and surrounding area.
