Owns North American talent development programs from needs assessment and instructional design through facilitation, evaluation, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include managing the learning calendar, internship programming, learning management system, curricula, vendors, stakeholder communications, and learning metrics. The role partners with global Learning and Development, People and Culture, business leaders, and subject matter experts to build consulting, technical, leadership, and professional capabilities.

Lead strategic finance and operational excellence across multiple P&Ls, owning forecasting, planning, KPI governance, reporting, and finance transformation. Partner with senior leadership on capital allocation, M&A support, workforce planning, and AI-enabled process automation to improve profitability, forecasting accuracy, and decision velocity across global teams.
