Plan, organize, and direct community clinical and medication programs; provide resident assessments, create and review care plans, administer medications, coach/train staff, ensure regulatory compliance, communicate with physicians and families, and serve as clinical resource to community leadership.

Own and execute a community sales strategy to drive occupancy growth: build referral relationships, manage leads through move-in, analyze performance and maintain CRM, forecasting, and reporting.

Provide clinical monitoring and support for residents, assist nurses and caregivers, coordinate admissions and care plans, administer medications and treatments per physicians' orders, document observations and changes, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Provide clinical monitoring and support for residents in a retirement community (PRN). Assist admissions screening and assessments, ensure care plan delivery, administer medications and treatments per physicians' orders, coordinate with outside providers, document resident observations and changes, support community nurses and caregivers, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Plan, develop, and run resident activities and monthly calendars; procure performers and presenters; maintain the resident library; drive residents to events and assist with vehicle entry/exit; communicate with residents, families, and staff; provide strong customer service and independent, organized support.

Manage assisted living community operations and staff, including recruitment, training, supervision and staffing. Provide nursing care: health assessments, care plans, medication administration, fall-prevention interventions, and coordinate admissions with the multidisciplinary team. Serve as occasional Manager-On-Duty on weekends.
