Leads leadership advisory engagements by managing project plans, conducting interviews and assessments, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data, and producing executive-ready reports, board materials, workshops, and diagnostic outputs. Partners with Consultants and clients, coordinates engagement teams, develops evidence-based insights, manages multiple deadlines, and supports organizational, culture, succession, and leadership development work. The role also mentors Analysts, contributes to intellectual capital, and supports business development while building expertise through an apprenticeship model.

Supports executive search and leadership advisory engagements through executive, company, and industry research; analytical synthesis; client and business development support; presentations; reports; and thought leadership materials. Interns complete individual and team projects, collaborate with firm leaders, develop professional communication and stakeholder management skills, and present project outcomes. The program includes mentorship, training, and exposure to executive recruitment, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, board work, and corporate governance.

Coordinate and manage end-to-end consultant recruitment processes across North America, including interview scheduling, candidate records, due diligence, stakeholder communications, document preparation, and relationship management to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
