The Client Development Director partners with LAS consultants to enhance client engagement, develop market strategies, and lead a global team while improving business development processes and proposal support.

Coordinate and manage end-to-end consultant recruitment processes across North America, including interview scheduling, candidate records, due diligence, stakeholder communications, document preparation, and relationship management to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

The TMT Insights Director will drive insights creation, support business development, and ensure effective communication of these insights to elevate the firm's reputation and engagement with clients, focusing on the TMT sector.

Provide commercial contracting support including drafting, review, negotiation, risk assessment, and development of standard contracts. Advise regional GCs and stakeholders, maintain compliance tracking systems, support broader legal projects, and coach Contracts Specialists.
