Lead global e-invoicing strategy, translate complex indirect tax and e-invoicing regulations into scalable product and technical requirements, define country-specific validation rules and schemas, prioritize market expansion, partner with Product and Engineering, and support cross-functional customer onboarding and deployments.

Own day-to-day indirect tax filing operations across multiple jurisdictions: prepare, review, file returns; monitor statuses; reconcile payments; manage calendars and deadlines. Partner with Compliance and Engineering to automate workflows, improve processes, scale filing volume, and create knowledge resources for customers.

Serve as the primary U.S. sales and use tax subject matter expert, conducting research, supporting compliance, guiding product taxability, managing nexus/apportionment, and partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success to build scalable tax automation and documentation.
