Lead global treasury functions including cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking relationships, FX risk mitigation, investments, and treasury controls. Partner with CAO/CFO and cross-functional teams to shape treasury strategy, support financings, M&A, international expansion, SOX compliance, systems improvements, and build a high-performing treasury team while providing actionable analysis to senior leadership.
