Lead GTM systems and applied AI for Revenue Operations: own non-Salesforce tech stack, drive GTM AI roadmap and COE, prototype and deploy AI workflows, govern data quality, optimize tooling, and manage a team of engineers and analysts.

Lead cross-functional strategy connecting website acquisition to product activation in a PLG environment. Own web-to-product handoffs, segmentation, data integration, personalization, and reporting to improve activation, PQLs, and revenue. This role involves leading financial strategy and planning for Sprout's go-to-market organization, managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting while partnering with executives.

The Senior Finance Manager will lead financial planning processes, optimize corporate financial models, collaborate with G&A leadership, and drive strategic financial initiatives while mentoring team members.
