Owns client delivery of technical EDI and NetSuite ERP integration solutions. Serves as the escalation point between clients and partners, performs data mapping and configuration, manages concurrent implementation projects, and builds strong customer relationships. The role requires expertise in EDI X12 transaction sets, NetSuite implementation, supply chain technology, retail and wholesale ecosystems, stakeholder communication, and project organization.
