Processes and distributes inbound and outbound mail, packages, and supplies; operates scanners, postage meters, photocopiers, and mail-inserting equipment; manages shipping and receiving records; maintains copy rooms and office supplies; provides customer service, reception, and business service center support; performs basic equipment troubleshooting and trains backups.

Own PPM business analysis, process standardization, platform adoption, and change enablement using Adobe Workfront and Jira. Develop scalable onboarding frameworks, training materials, process documentation, SOPs, templates, videos, and self-service resources. Analyze current and future-state workflows, gather requirements, facilitate workshops, improve governance and reporting, and partner with Product and technical teams on platform enhancements, integrations, and automation across agencies.

Perform secure data erasure on hard drives using industry tools (DBAN, Blancco, diskpart), verify and document erasure, troubleshoot basic storage hardware issues, maintain inventory and serial number tracking, properly dispose or repurpose wiped drives per policy, and follow strict data security protocols.
