Lead enterprise BI strategy and roadmap; partner with Finance, HR, and stakeholders to design scalable analytics. Manage BI team, deliver Power BI and cloud-based data platform solutions on Azure/Microsoft Fabric, build executive dashboards, ensure governance, and present updates to executive leadership.

Lead daily mailroom operations including receiving, sorting, distributing, and processing mail and packages. Coordinate shipments with couriers, maintain shipping records, operate mailroom equipment, enforce shipping and chain-of-custody procedures, provide reception and workplace support, train backup staff, and ensure secure handling of confidential materials. Must obtain Basic HazMat Certification for lithium battery handling.

The Account Executive will drive new business development, manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with clients, and collaborate on tailored solutions to support growth.
