The Community and Social Media Specialist will manage KontrolFreek's social channels, engage with the community, create content, and analyze performance metrics to enhance brand loyalty and awareness.

Lead community-facing support across Discord, Reddit, Twitter/X and review platforms. Monitor and respond on-brand, identify recurring issues and escalate, create how-to videos, host live Discord sessions, track actionables, partner with Support/PR/Community teams, and improve community support workflows to boost self-service and brand reputation.
