Responsibilities include primary technical support for IBM mainframe environments, secondary support for Microsoft SQL Server environments, defect repairs, report development, database maintenance, on-call duties, managing deadlines, leading customer support, analyzing feedback, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing training. Provide technical guidance and support to clients for software implementation and optimization projects. Troubleshoot issues using SQL and Analysis Server, recommend mitigation approaches, and collaborate with team members.

As a Consultant on the Data Integration team, you will be implementing our software and partnering with key team members at health systems. Responsibilities include understanding and communicating integration specifications, solving complex problems using SQL and Excel, gaining a deeper understanding of data types and source systems, and collaborating with clients to implement best practices in healthcare finance and clinical data.

Lead software implementation projects with higher education clients, develop client relationships, configure systems, train finance leadership teams, and provide advisory services on software products.
