Communicates integration plans, resolves data challenges, leads customer training, and advises clients on healthcare finance and clinical data best practices. Collaborates with internal teams throughout project lifecycles, manages implementation risks, supports operational improvements, and travels to customer locations as needed.

Implement StrataJazz software for healthcare system customers by translating integration specifications, configuring ETL processes, and using SQL and Excel to solve data problems. Partner with customers and internal technical teams, lead training, communicate project risks, execute mitigation plans, and support operational improvement initiatives. The role involves healthcare financial and clinical data, Agile implementation practices, and up to 10% domestic travel.

Conduct generative and evaluative UX research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Partner with product managers and designers to shape product decisions, synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings, maintain the research repository, recruit and interview users, and communicate actionable recommendations. The role also involves independently driving research studies, contributing to research strategy, fostering a user-centric culture, and exploring analytics and AI tools to improve research workflows.

Lead expansion and maintenance of a Zero Trust security program across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments. Manage identity and access controls, deploy and tune SIEM/EDR/XDR/IAM tooling, automate security operations, reduce alert fatigue, and collaborate with IT, DevOps, and business teams to strengthen enterprise security across endpoints, cloud, SaaS, identity, network, and data protection.

Own revenue and accounts receivable processes, ensure ASC 606 compliance, maintain reconciliations and month-end close, support audits, validate Salesforce-to-NetSuite workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally on billing, commissions, and automation projects.

Lead multiple healthcare Decision Support implementations of StrataJazz, guiding discovery, solution design, configuration, adoption, and optimization. Oversee cost accounting, service line margin analytics, and downstream reporting deployments. Manage customer relationships, mentor consultants, support business development, and improve delivery methodologies. Travel within the US up to 20-35% as needed.
