Stratus Benefits Overview

Full-cycle, quota-carrying AE owning territory end-to-end: self-source pipeline, run discovery, build ROI business cases, partner on demos, and close $30K-$100K+ deals to hit ~ $1M quota. Maintain Salesforce, move fast on ~45-day cycles, and travel ~40%.

Lead customer onboarding, product training, onsite engagements, workflow assessments, proof-of-value exercises, and technical consultations for electrical and MEP contractors. Support sales pitches and demos, translate product capabilities into business value, advise on platform configuration, and provide customer insights to Product and Engineering. Monitor adoption, engagement, and retention while helping clients achieve implementation and go-live milestones.

Owns Stratus’s brand presence across social, video, and written content. Responsibilities include managing social channels, supporting rebrand positioning, maintaining brand voice, producing customer video stories, creating sales collateral, developing presentation decks, and managing content calendars. The role collaborates with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, design, and sales, and requires occasional travel for customer video shoots.
