Operate directly with the CEO and CTO to scale Swiftly’s sales and business infrastructure. Own CRM hygiene, pipeline management, follow-up cadence, deal-stage definitions, dashboards, forecasting, and repeatable sales processes. Bridge customer needs with product and engineering, prepare executives for calls, track commitments, and drive execution. Support competitive research, pricing analysis, presentations, and other strategic priorities in an evolving, high-growth environment.

Lead a small infrastructure engineering team while remaining approximately 50% hands-on. Own production reliability and modernization of Swiftly’s Azure Kubernetes platform, complete migration from legacy infrastructure, improve developer experience, and deliver infrastructure initiatives. Set priorities, coach engineers, partner with security and compliance teams, establish pragmatic technical guardrails, and promote AI-assisted development and operations.

Lead vision, strategy, and execution for an Operations AI product portfolio serving grocery retailers, distributors, and CPGs. Own roadmap, end-to-end lifecycle, customer discovery and executive-facing sales, partner with engineering for reliable AI, drive go-to-market and expansion, mentor PMs, and align Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Customer Success.
