Serve as the primary liaison between provider partners and internal teams while supporting account retention, expansion, and operational alignment.

Lead the migration from legacy Azure services to a Kubernetes-based, containerized microservices platform. Design, build, and scale infrastructure, implement observability (monitoring/alerting/logging), drive incident response and SLOs, automate with IaC and CI/CD, optimize cost and networking, mentor teams, and document systems to ensure reliable, scalable healthcare platform operations.

Own the future-state product strategy and roadmap for Revenue Cycle Management across the DME order lifecycle. Lead discovery, workflow analysis, requirements, prioritization, scrum execution, delivery, adoption, measurement, and iteration. Partner with RCM Operations, Finance, Data, Engineering, and leadership to simplify fragmented processes, improve scalability and financial performance, reduce manual work, and deliver impactful workflow and product solutions.
