The Specialist, Qualifications ensures clinical accuracy and compliance by reviewing documentation for Durable Medical Equipment orders, interacting with healthcare providers, and maintaining regulatory standards.

Lead end-to-end implementations for payer and health system partnerships, driving multi-state launches from planning through post-launch review. Coordinate cross-functional teams, develop implementation plans and timelines, manage risks and scope changes, analyze readiness and outcomes, and document scalable processes and playbooks to ensure timely, high-quality go-lives.

Conduct clinical and quality audits of DMEPOS products, services, and workflows to ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance. Review medical records and outcomes, identify risks and quality gaps, recommend and track CAPAs, prepare audit reports, support investigations and accreditation readiness, and provide training and guidance to operational teams.

Execute internal quality audits of DMEPOS products, services, documentation, and workflows to ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance. Document findings, produce reports, support corrective actions, collaborate cross-functionally, assist training, and help maintain audit readiness and investigations to improve patient safety and process quality.

The Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers to develop and maintain software solutions, collaborate with various teams, and implement CI/CD practices. They will also mentor engineers and influence organizational technology strategies.
