Requires advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and proofreading skills, discretion, organization, and at least five years of executive administrative experience.

Leads enterprise SAP strategy, roadmap, operations, modernization, governance, security, compliance, budgeting, vendor management, and service delivery. Oversees ECC and S/4HANA environments, integrations, risk management, audit readiness, and continuous improvement. Builds and develops the SAP organization while partnering with executives, business leaders, affiliates, and external providers to deliver scalable solutions aligned with enterprise goals.

Leads clinical strategy and execution for new and modified IVD products, including preclinical and clinical evaluation plans, study protocols, regulatory documentation, final reports, and FDA submissions. Oversees clinical laboratory operations and serves as Principal Investigator for IRB-approved studies. Manages project milestones, clinical documentation, investigators, research sites, budgets, contracts, and external institutional relationships while mentoring staff and ensuring compliance with FDA, CLSI, GCP, and GLP requirements.

Serves as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, advising on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent, compensation, engagement, compliance, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives. Uses workforce data and business insight to identify trends, resolve complex employee matters, guide leaders, and align HR programs with business objectives across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

Leads Sysmex America’s talent and organizational development portfolio, including leadership development, succession planning, talent reviews, career development, mentoring, onboarding, and team effectiveness. Translates business priorities and workforce insights into scalable programs, governance, tools, and measurable outcomes. Advises senior leaders and HR partners, facilitates workshops, manages vendors and budgets, oversees talent technology requirements, and drives continuous improvement across a global, matrixed organization.

Manages U.S. and Canada benefit plans, compliance, enrollment, HRIS operations, payroll backup, reporting, system testing, integrations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination. Leads benefits communications, escalated claims support, HRIS data accuracy, and collaboration with IT and Payroll. Advises management on HRIS and benefits policies while developing a local team and overseeing related projects.

Manages hemostasis sales across a multi-state territory, selling reagents, digital solutions, and diagnostic hardware. Responsibilities include territory planning, prospecting, complex negotiations, account management, clinical and financial presentations, CRM administration, competitive positioning, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires frequent customer engagement, approximately 70% travel, technical knowledge of laboratory diagnostics, and the ability to close complex healthcare sales opportunities.

Implements Sysmex diagnostic instruments, middleware, reagents, and workflows at customer laboratories. Manages integration from planning through go-live, including parameterization, rules testing, validation support, troubleshooting, and customer training. Provides pre- and post-sale technical support, demonstrations, workshops, and evaluations while supporting customer satisfaction and retention. Requires extensive travel, strong hematology knowledge, laboratory and IT experience, and the ability to resolve complex instrument, workflow, and middleware issues.

Leads the scientific strategy for hemostasis and coagulation diagnostics, translating clinical evidence into portfolio, commercialization, education, and stakeholder-engagement priorities. Builds relationships with clinical experts and professional associations, guides evidence generation and global study design, supports scientific publications and training, and advises commercial teams on marketing, launches, and clinical utility. Requires deep diagnostic-industry, medical or scientific affairs experience, strong communication and executive influence, and knowledge of FDA, clinical trial, CLIA, and CAP environments.
