Oversee daily delivery and logistics operations, including routing, dispatch readiness, scheduling, service exception resolution, driver support, warehouse coordination, payroll review, inventory and supply management, compliance monitoring, and operational reporting. The role also trains team members, coordinates with routing and driver managers, manages inbound and outbound 3PL logistics, and improves delivery performance, safety, productivity, and fleet cost outcomes.

Serve as a field HR advisor driving engagement, talent development, employee relations, compliance, and change management across multiple locations. Conduct site visits, investigations, and deliver HR programs; partner with leaders and cross-functional HR teams to use data, mitigate legal risk, and improve organizational effectiveness.
