Manage onsite operations for a 130-unit condominium community, serving as a resource to the Board, residents, staff, and vendors. Responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, capital planning, project oversight, staff supervision, vendor management, inspections, maintenance coordination, assessment collections, emergency procedures, and compliance. The manager will identify issues, develop recommendations, and present solutions while maintaining strong resident service and property stewardship.

The Property Manager will oversee multiple Condominium Associations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, supervising projects, and maintaining property standards.

Serve as the Owner's Representative for condominium associations, leading planning, oversight, and execution of major capital projects (roofs, façades, elevators, mechanicals). Coordinate consultants and contractors, manage budgets and schedules, review contracts/change orders, present clear updates to nontechnical stakeholders, ensure compliance with governing documents and codes, and support long-term capital planning.
