Responsibilities include account coordination, prospecting, customer presentations, pricing, quotations, order coordination, complaint resolution, CRM reporting, account planning, and sales strategy development. The role requires collaboration with internal departments, mentoring sales personnel, and up to 75% overnight travel throughout the Midwest.

Establish and improve manufacturing processes for specialty metal strip and wire products. Responsibilities include reviewing routers and customer specifications, supporting production, investigating nonconformances and complaints, managing corrective actions and trials, maintaining furnace pyrometry standards, conducting metallographic analysis, supporting capital projects, and applying statistical methods for process optimization.

Supports engineering teams in designing, developing, testing, and improving metal products and processes. Responsibilities include analyzing material performance, conducting research, preparing technical documentation, participating in quality control, collaborating with production and quality teams, troubleshooting shop-floor issues, and following safety and PPE requirements.
