The Accounting Director oversees onsite accounting, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable coordination, financial records, and compliance for a senior living community. The role supports residents, families, vendors, department heads, and the Executive Director; provides financial insights; resolves issues with centralized finance teams; maintains systems and census data; supports payroll processes; and contributes to forecasting, performance reviews, and regional initiatives.

Lead sales and marketing efforts for a senior living community by driving occupancy growth, managing the prospect pipeline, conducting tours, building referral relationships, overseeing marketing campaigns and events, supervising staff, tracking performance, and partnering with community and corporate leadership.

Provides front-desk and receptionist support for an independent living and rehabilitation community. Greets residents, visitors, and staff; manages phones, visitors, deliveries, packages, records, and inquiries; monitors emergency and security systems; coordinates responses; maintains logs and administrative documentation; and supports multiple departments with reliable, flexible scheduling.
