Provides security and resident support in a senior living community by conducting patrols, responding to alarms and emergencies, documenting incidents, managing gatehouse visitor logs, directing traffic, and maintaining a calm, professional presence. Requires a high school diploma or GED, customer service experience, basic computer proficiency, effective English communication, and successful completion of background and drug screening.

Leads psychosocial services for skilled nursing residents, providing counseling, advocacy, care coordination, discharge planning, resource referrals, and family support. Manages daily dining room operations, serving staff, scheduling, training, cleanliness, food presentation, service standards, staffing, and customer experience. Provides hands-on hospitality service by taking orders, answering menu questions, clearing tables, and maintaining organized workstations.
