THINK Together Benefits Overview

Leads groups of 20–25 students in an afterschool setting, providing academic assistance, enrichment, physical activities, behavior management, mentoring, and student supervision. Maintains a safe, nurturing environment; communicates student needs to families and school staff; assists with snack service and site upkeep; conducts attendance and supports staff development.
