As an Internal Recruiter, you will have the experience to grow with the rapidly expanding business. You will act as a trusted partner to our business leaders, and the broader HR team, while working to find great talent for ThinkMarkets. You will have a direct access to the firm’s departments and projects, to help you define the requirements for new openings, as well as develop detailed profiles of target candidates. You will be expected to gather a solid understanding of strategic business priorities and critical talent segments, to design and deliver an effective recruitment strategy for niche skillets across a variety of roles. You will build, drive, and execute the internal recruiting strategies we use to make sure our employees have the best experience when they apply to our roles.
