Lead seasonal and ongoing marketing plans to drive traffic, conversion, and customer growth. Coordinate cross-functional launches across paid, email/SMS, and onsite, develop creative briefs, manage the marketing calendar, analyze performance and customer insights to optimize campaigns, and support brand partnerships, licensed collaborations, and events from strategy through post-mortems.

Lead concepting, art direction, and execution of seasonal campaigns and brand storytelling across digital, retail, and physical channels. Direct photo/video shoots, mentor a small creative team, collaborate with merchandising, e-comm, and marketing to produce performance-driven assets, and manage external production partners.
