Builds executive relationships, leads negotiations and business reviews, resolves escalations, monitors KPIs and SLAs, implements SOPs, supports onboarding and continuous improvement, manages reporting and CRM data, and collaborates with operations, product, finance, and global account teams.

Manages executive relationships, negotiations, business reviews, escalations, account reporting, CRM data, SOP governance, operational improvements, contract allocations, and onboarding of new lanes and products. Collaborates with regional and global account management, operations, product, and finance teams to ensure profitable service delivery and strengthen customer partnerships.

Coordinates U.S. Customs entry documentation and high-volume import clearance processes. Reviews brokerage files, classifies invoices using tariff references, enters and transmits AMS and HTS data, prepares customs forms, files ISF documentation, obtains government releases through ABI, monitors rejections, and supports delivery, invoicing, audits, and customer inquiries. Maintains compliance with U.S. Customs standards and required documentation procedures.
