Oversee thermoforming production operations, employee coordination, safety, quality assurance, machine reliability, scheduling, material flow, and continuous improvement. Lead shift employees, conduct QA testing, verify machine parameters, manage production metrics, support troubleshooting and maintenance, enforce GMP and safety procedures, and address process or equipment issues. The role requires manufacturing and thermoforming experience, leadership ability, strong communication, and excellent attendance.

Lead and grow a high-performing flexible packaging sales organization. Develop and execute market and vertical strategies, coach and recruit sales talent, manage key customer relationships and strategic negotiations, collaborate cross-functionally on commercialization and supply, and drive CRM, analytics, and digital prospecting for predictable, profitable growth.

Support implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System across business units, including corrective actions, supplier quality, customer complaints, change control, audits, test methods, reporting, and systems roll-outs. Provide guidance, create scorecards/reports, identify trends, and assist BU quality leaders to ensure compliance with international quality requirements.

Design and develop thermoformed sterile medical packaging from concept through production using CAD and prototyping tools. Translate regulatory and customer requirements into compliant designs, collaborate with tooling, quality, and regulatory teams, support validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), manage PDM/PLM documentation, and mitigate risks to ensure manufacturable, sterile, and user-friendly packaging solutions.

Lead design and commercialization of thermoformed packaging from concept to production. Create 3D models and 2D drawings, develop tooling, prototype using 3D scanning/printing, select materials, run feasibility studies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage documentation in PDM/PLM, and mitigate design and production risks.

Responsible for plant-level employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compensation administration, union relations and grievance handling, compliance with employment laws, training delivery, workforce planning, and partnering with management to improve talent and succession at the Franklin Park manufacturing site.
