TT's 401(K) retirement plan - managed by Empower Financial - offers many different investment options.

401(K) matching

TT provides employees with a 401(k) match. We match 25% of the first 6% of annual salary deferred; matching occurs with each employee deferral in order to grow portfolios quicker!

Charitable contribution matching

TT will match 100% of employee donation - capped at $2,500 per employee annually - to charities of the donating employee's choice.
