Own GTM and revenue operations, including pipeline management, lead routing, CRM process governance, sales process design, and recurring pipeline, forecast, QBR, and board-reporting cadences. Build executive KPI dashboards, improve funnel discipline, track cross-functional initiatives, consolidate forecast commitments, identify pipeline risks, and partner with Revenue Systems, Sales Enablement, Finance, Deal Desk, and Customer Success.

Leads business development, pre-sales strategy, and sales execution for compliance and trade surveillance solutions. Serves as a capital markets regulation and trade surveillance subject matter expert, supports complex deals and demonstrations, represents the company at industry events, develops thought leadership, and connects sales, product, implementation, engineering, legal, marketing, and customer support. Contributes to pricing, forecasting, partnerships, product roadmaps, and commercial strategy.

Own the global tax function across provision, reporting, compliance, planning, transfer pricing, international structure, M&A, and indirect tax. Lead ASC 740 provision, SaaS nexus and taxability, global filings, audits, tax technology, and advisor relationships. Manage one direct report and partner with executive, finance, legal, revenue, and sponsor stakeholders on tax strategy, transactions, controls, and optimization across U.S., EMEA, and APAC.

Provides administrative and operational support to multiple C-suite executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, correspondence, communications triage, and stakeholder liaison. Supports corporate events such as board meetings, All Hands, QBRs, and executive offsites through vendor coordination, logistics, attendee management, and budget reconciliation. Also tracks project milestones, prepares agendas, records minutes, follows up on actions, and completes research and administrative tasks.

Lead global procurement and vendor management, negotiate complex enterprise agreements (SaaS, Telecom, Market Data, CapEx/OpEx), drive vendor consolidation and M&A integration, enforce procurement governance and data protection, implement Coupa/NetSuite/Ironclad workflows, and partner with FP&A to deliver cost savings and compliance.

Lead global accounting operations including month-end close, complex journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and audit support across multiple jurisdictions. Drive process improvements and automation (Power Automate, Power BI, FloQast), support M&A and system implementations, document SOPs, and partner with FP&A, legal, HR, and international accounting teams to ensure consistent US GAAP reporting.
