Conduct face-to-face sales presentations at resort sales centers, build rapport with prospective and current vacation owners, explain travel membership benefits, overcome objections, close transactions, and meet production goals. Attend required sales training, department meetings, and performance reviews while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Manage front desk, concierge, and marketing operations to ensure excellent guest service. Supervise, train, and coach staff; handle check-ins/outs, payments, and concierge requests; track tour flow, Medallia scores, reservations, and reporting to leadership.

Sell vacation ownership and travel memberships through face-to-face presentations at resort sales centers. Build rapport with prospects, close sales using company-provided leads and closing techniques, meet production standards, assist and coach frontline sales staff, and attend ongoing sales training. Compensation includes hourly training pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.
