Assist the CMP Marketing Manager in operations, oversee marketing team, manage performance, maintain marketing standards, prepare reports, and coordinate with sales management.

Manage and coach a resort sales team to meet daily and defined sales targets, recruit and train sales associates, deliver presentations, participate in sales meetings, enforce sales policies, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Assist with personnel selection, evaluate performance, and collaborate with trainers. May conduct group sales presentations and perform other assigned duties.

Perform face-to-face sales presentations at resort-based sales centers to generate sales, close transactions, and meet production targets. Attend training and meetings, maintain compliance with company policies, and communicate benefits of Wyndham Destinations to prospective and current owners.
